ABOUT HOW I WORK

As an integrative counsellor I aim to establish a nuturing, safe environment where you can explore issues without being judged. We will work together so that you can decide if you want to find acceptance or bring about change. Our work will be to deal with issues from the past or present that are impacting on your life today so that you can move forward to a more optimisitic future. I adhere to the BACP (British assocaiation for counselling and Pyschotherapy) ethical framework. Please see their website www.BACP.co.uk for more information.

Finding a counsellor you can trust and that is right for you is a very important first step and that is why I offer a short first session so that we can get to interact with each other to see if we can establish a good therapeutic relationship.
